Karmic Event Numbers
In the whole Numerical chart the most important feature is the Event number which describes the Situation at Present – the events or the trend of events which the individual is currently passing through. The lessons which the soul has come to learn in this life time are represented by the Life Path and Expression numbers and their synchronisation. What this whole life lesson is going to be year-by-year is shown by the Event numbers. They affect our mental and physical condition and determine what is going to happen at some stage of our life. The longer the period the greater the effect. Generally two or more years period of an Event number has important effect. Five or more years period brings very important changes and impact on life.
In the Karmic Event numbers we classify by the influence two strongest, and these are: 13/4 and 16/7. In my numerological practice, many times I have witnessed how the person, in the period of activation of a Karmic Event number, was going through arduous and conflicting situations, unsolvable problems, losses or painful transformations. Due to the law of cause and effect, the soul has chosen, through its vibrations (colected characteristics), the circumstances in which it will live, its field of interests and actions. Vibrations of the Karmic numbers cannot be avoided due to the constant repetition of the same old mistakes. They cannot progress as long as they do not recognize these patterns in their lives. Of course, Karma assigned to those people a name that completely corresponds to their Destiny. However, it is smart and less painful to learn from others' mistakes rather than from ours. Therefore, in order to avoid that child attract such painful experiences in his or her life it is wise that his/her name creates minimum Karmic numbers in his/her Numerical chart.

Event Number
Situations that a person in this period can meet might be very distressing and shocking. He is blocked, confined and damaged, which makes him tired, unsatisfied and frustrated. Old friendships and family relationships break apart. He experiences breakdown and the collapse of business projects. Relationships no longer have the previous warmth and joy they once had, and many circumstances turn against him. Therefore, this is not a period for arrogant, disdainful and manipulative behavior. Arrogance and sense of power will be brought down, and the lessons of humility and modesty are to be learned.
The Tarot card Death is hidden inside of the number 13/4, which does not necessarily mean a physical death, but it calls for a radical change and the end of a certain way of living. It points to the necessary caution in decision making and in action. Stupid, trivial decisions and actions will be prevented. He will have to pay a high price for trying to avoid duties and responsibilities. Many during this period wish to escape from their obligations, duties or marital partnership, but skipping over and choosing a shorter and easier way will only lead towards even greater problems. Now he should slow down, in many things - love, work, investments, trading, driving a car, dealing with people, etc. It is necessary that the person discipline himself, that he accepts change and is aware of transience, both in difficult and comfortable situations. Maybe the awareness of transience is exactly the solution to this limiting period that brought him bitter and seemingly hopeless life situations.
That is the practical value of numerology! It informs us about the beginning and the end of some periods, either pleasant or unpleasant. Because we are aware of this, we can prepare and harmonize with the energy of the period in advance, as much as it is possible, and we do not lose hope in the midst of a shipwreck because we know that the land is near. Event Number
Activation of this number indicates a period of withdrawal and isolation as well as embarrassments and disharmony with the environment. Because of its unpredictability and the force of impact, a person is in shock and disbelief, and with no power to do much of anything. His world, built on false notions and ideas crashes. Many things that he planned during this period will not be fulfilled and will be prevented. There is a karmic debt from the past that must be paid.
Tarot card 16, the Tower, shows a human figure hit by lightning and falling down from the tower. This card creates an impression of destruction and it points to the destructive illusions, disclosure, or a drastic change. It represents a complete break with the past. It suggests necessary risk-taking. One should be cautious due to tendency for accidents.
This is a confusing time in which he feels as if he has lost direction. He will be deprived of everything that he was building, which was built on false and unstable foundations. Long-term friendships, partnerships in business or any kind of association will be shaken and will collapse. In such a situation, the best thing is to surrender to the transformational forces that are now redirecting his life. He must let go of the old and to have confidence that everything is, in the final end, for his own good.
Through sinking into one's self, by separating good from bad, and by recognizing his true values, he is relieved of confusion. All those difficult situations are forcing him to open his heart and to be grateful for everything that happened to him. Only that way he will become free from blaming others and from a sense of unfair treatment toward him. Duration of number 16/7 one or two years will reorganize and redirect person's life in a way that will show him new values and awaken a desire for the internal values. The emphasis is put on the internal connection with self. This is not an easy period, and if it lasts for many years (three and more), it may bring very unpleasant events which could make him alienated and withdrawn into his hidden shelter. Everything combined looks as a dark night before the dawn.

Event Number
There can be a feeling of limitation or slow progress, responsibilities, work and obligations or building a home in this period. Because of duties and work the person feels constrained and blocked. There are a lot of tasks and duties with very few rewards and satisfaction. Something is constantly demanded from him, which is exhausting and tiring. It is essential to be organized and disciplined, especially in terms of finance, because there is a possibility of a large loss. He should take care how he spends money and on what he may spend it on. It is necessary to regulate eating habits and to take care of his own health. Due to fatigue and exhaustion, he needs to rest frequently. Arguments and conflicts may occur. Given all of this, a humble and modest behavior without expecting great results is the best attitude to have during this period.

Event Number
Reflection, analysis, writing, understanding new laws, inner peace and withdrawal from the world are likely to mark the period. External circumstances are not favorable for a person, which could hurt and damage him emotionally and financially. If he states his own requirements and desires to others, he will end up rejected in many ways, and his desires might remain unfulfilled. This is not time for action and public display, but for specializing and improving existing skills or learning some new ones which could be useful in the future. When making important decisions, he needs to be very cautious, because the circumstances may turn against him. It seems as if the previous desires, habits and hopes have disappeared, and that now he rather likes to be alone to think and rest. Some friends and loved ones are gone. He should keep away from arguments with others and embarrassments at work. This is not a favorable period for financial or other investments. Consequently, he can be imbued with a sense of loneliness and sadness. In western societies, it is required that a person is always available and active, which number 7 is certainly not.
